Correct Plus is a feedback software package connecting NC machining centers with
any measurment equipments - e.g. 3D coordinate measurment machines (CMMs),
Digital hand tools(calipers, micrometers, etc.) or tranducers and analog probes
- in order to enable online automatic feedback of correcction data, using a
uniqe patent protected algorithm.
Correct Plus compares post production measurment results to the part nominal
feature values and calculates the modifications reqired in the machining NC
program in order to correct errors and deviations.
In fact, Correct Plus changes the actual G-Code in the NC controler, such as
coordinate system values, machine tool diameter and machine tool length.
These and any other complex corrections are fed back as a new program, so that
the required adjusmentsto the machining process are automatically made and the
next part is machined withinnominal specifications.
As the process is repeated, production accuracyis constantly monitored and
enhanced.Thus, the production process broughtand kept within very narrow control
limits.
All collacted data are stored in central database and ca be generated as a text
report and S.P.C charts - e.g. histogram, pareto charts or process charts -
from any PC in the network.

suit almost any machine tool and NC program.
