The Website enables users to purchase products easily, conveniently and quickly. To place an order, the user must select the desired product through the Website search or the listed categories, enter the product page, add the product to the shopping cart and proceed to payment. Payment shall be made through the PayPal platform. If the user has a PayPal account, the user may make payment and charge the transaction to their PayPal account. If the user does not have a PayPal account, payment may be made using any credit card supported by PayPal.
The Company reserves the right to change the payment methods available on the Website from time to time, at its discretion and subject to the laws of the State of Israel.
The Company also enables purchases to be made by telephone between the user and a Company sales representative, including the provision of credit card details during the telephone conversation.
Upon completion of the purchase, the Company will send the user an email confirming the order, indicating whether the product is in stock and providing the estimated delivery time.
Please note that the Company may update the product page from time to time, add or remove information, remove products that are out of stock, add colors and/or sizes, and update and/or change the price of a product from time to time. It is clarified that the images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Differences may exist between the images, including the colors and product details shown therein, and the actual products. Such differences may result, among other things, from the fact that the products are photographed and displayed on a computer screen.
Prices displayed on the Website do not include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT shall be added to the price as required by law. The prices displayed for purchase apply to purchases made through the Website only.
When placing an order, the user will be required to provide details such as name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card number. Please note that, for security reasons, credit card details are not stored in the system. The purchase transaction will be completed only after the ordering process has been completed and approval has been received from the credit card company for the charge.
The Company undertakes to deliver products purchased through its own delivery service or through any other delivery company whose services the Company chooses to engage. Products purchased through the Website shall be delivered solely to the address in Israel provided by the user when placing the order.
Delivery charges shall be added to the price of the products displayed on the Website.
The delivery time for products that are in stock shall be up to 10 business days. Delivery of products that are not in stock may be delayed. If an ordered product has not been supplied within 45 business days, the user may cancel the transaction and receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
In the event of a delay that is known in advance, we will make every effort to inform the user of the delay. The Company shall not be liable for any act and/or omission of the delivery company, including any delay in delivery.
The user may cancel a transaction made on the Website in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the “Consumer Protection Law”), or alternatively exchange the product for another product of the same value, or receive store credit, provided that notice is given within one day from completion of the order.
Notice of cancellation must be provided only by telephone to the number stated on the Website or by email to orders@globus.co.il. Under these circumstances, the user shall be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation of a transaction after receipt of the product, where such cancellation is not due to a defect and/or non-conformity, may be made within 14 business days from the date the product was sent to the user, subject to presentation of the invoice and provided that the original packaging has not been damaged, labels have not been removed, the product is in proper condition and has not been used.
The user must return the product(s), at their own expense, to: 1 HaOfe St., Kadima, no later than 14 days from the date the product was sent to the user.
A refund will be issued after the product has been returned to the Company’s warehouse in Kadima. It is clarified that, in the event of cancellation not resulting from a defect and/or non-conformity, the user shall not be entitled to a refund of any delivery charges paid, if any.
In the event of cancellation due to a defect and/or a discrepancy between the product and the product details displayed on the Website, the user must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the product is received in defective condition, or if the actual product specifications differ from those displayed on the Website, the user may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date the product was sent to the user. Cancellation shall be carried out by returning the product to the Company’s warehouse in Kadima.
In the event of cancellation, the refund shall be made by crediting the credit card used for the transaction within 14 days from receipt of both the cancellation request and the returned product.
Exchanging a product for another product is subject to additional delivery charges according to the delivery method selected by the user.
The Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf take customary precautions in order to preserve, to the extent possible, the confidentiality of information. The user’s personal details, including name, email address and similar information, will be stored in the Company’s database, one of the purposes of which is direct marketing.
To request removal from the mailing list, the user must contact the Company’s customer service in writing at orders@globus.co.il. Removal may take up to 14 business days from the date the request is received.
The Globus online store Website is secured. This means that information entered into the system by customers during registration and/or browsing and/or purchasing shall remain confidential and secure. In order to protect the confidentiality of the information, the Company uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for electronic commerce, which encrypts data from the moment it is received by the system until it is transferred to the Globus online store system.
It is emphasized that the credit card details of users who perform transactions on the Website are not stored in the Company’s systems, as the Company uses external service providers for credit card processing.
It is clarified that, since transactions are carried out in an online environment, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity from unauthorized access to its computers or from exposure of stored information by persons carrying out unlawful activities. Therefore, if a third party succeeds in accessing information held by the Company and/or misuses such information, the user shall have no claim, action or demand against the Company.
Furthermore, in cases resulting from force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for any damage of any kind, whether direct or indirect, caused to the user or to anyone acting on the user’s behalf, if information provided by the user is lost, reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization.
The Company undertakes not to use the details of users registered on the Website except for the purposes of operating the Website, enabling purchases to be made through the Website and maintaining contact with the user.
The Company declares and undertakes not to transfer details and information to any third party, except in cases where the user has committed an act or omission that harms and/or may harm the Company and/or any third party; where the user has used the Company’s services to carry out an unlawful act; where the Company has received a court order requiring it to provide the user’s details to a third party; and in connection with any dispute or legal proceeding.
The Company may also use the user’s personal information, without identifying the specific user, for the purpose of analyzing statistical information and presenting and/or providing such information to other parties.
All information appearing on the Website and the software underlying it are made available to the public “As Is.” Although the Company intends for the information to be accurate and correct, the information may be incomplete and/or may contain technical or other errors.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company reviews the information displayed on the Website, including product specifications and prices. If the Company discovers an error in the information displayed on the Website, it will correct the error immediately.
The Company shall not be responsible for inaccuracies or errors in the information where it has taken all reasonable measures to prevent such errors.
The Company hereby clarifies that the information contained on the Website is provided for general and informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation and/or opinion and/or offer to purchase any product or receive any service. Accordingly, the user acknowledges and agrees that any reliance on statements, opinions, advice or any other information displayed on the Website is made at the user’s own discretion and sole responsibility.
Some of the information may originate from third parties, and therefore it is understood that the Company bears no responsibility for such information and does not guarantee its accuracy.
Nevertheless, the Website operators will take all reasonable measures in cooperation with suppliers in order to resolve consumer complaints.
